A licence agreement is concluded with all artist-partners. Partners are legally liable for copyright infringement and must provide proof-of-rights documents. On our side — content distribution and timely royalty payments. Contract terms are individual.

There is no minimum track requirement. In each case we make a decision based on various factors. You can discuss cooperation in more detail by contacting us.

Yes, of course. We work with sub-labels and act as a content publisher.

We work officially under a contract, and you get access to the personal dashboard to manage content, statistics and documents. A sub-label has the same capabilities as an H2O artist, and the terms are calculated individually.

To get in touch or start working with us, reach out via the form or by email at hey@h2olabel.ru

From the age of 14, a minor author may independently exercise their copyright and related rights: choose how their name is credited, decide on publication, and enter into agreements relating to exclusive rights.

We may selectively ask you for written permission (consent) from a parent or guardian before concluding a licence agreement.

Children under 14 cannot independently manage their exclusive rights — those rights are exercised by their parents.

Average moderation time is 2 business days. You can track the moderation process in your personal dashboard.

We send royalty reports once per quarter. Payment is made to the details in your contract — bank transfer or SBP. For tax questions, please ask your H2O manager.

Yes, we work with and publish AI content (release covers, music and track lyrics), as long as you tell us about it. When uploading a release in the personal dashboard, you must select which part of the content was created or generated using artificial intelligence.

We do not restrict uploading this content. Music services, and other services, may at their own discretion publish information about the use of AI.

If the information about the use of AI was given incorrectly or incompletely, the rights holder must make the necessary changes before the release is sent to platforms, or at our request after moderation.

We have an in-house legal team specialising in intellectual property. Working with us, we will help remove infringing content:

• Unauthorised remixes on platforms
• Pirated re-uploads on streaming services and social media
• Use of your music without permission in other releases
• Other possible cases

If content from H2O label (H2O лейбл), Voda Digital, Paralone Media or our partners' catalogues infringes your copyright — please contact legal@h2olabel.ru
